• All of our digital downloads are exclusively for non-commercial, personal use. Any copying, resale, reproduction or replication, electronic distribution, internet publishing, or profit generation from the design is prohibited. All our designs are copyrighted.

The templates sold by Music Ministry Mosaic are considered copyrighted works under all international copyright laws and are the property of Music Ministry Mosaic.

This license agreement applies only to the “Private Use Only” templates.

 By downloading and/or using the template, you agree to abide by the following terms of use:

Limited Use

You may download the template (the “Software”), make archival copies, and customize the template only for your personal use or use within your company or organization, not for resale or public sharing. You may use the template to print small batches (< 10,000) of physical items for resale.

You may not remove or alter the Music Ministry Mosaic logo, copyright, terms of use, disclaimer, brand, or trademark within the template.

The template and any file, document, or other work including or derived from the template may NOT be sold, distributed, published to an online gallery, hosted on a website, or placed on any server in a way that makes it available to the general public.

Limited Private Sharing

If you abide by the above terms, you may privately share your edited version of the template with those specific people within your immediate family, household, work team, or company who require access to it.

1. Privately means only accessible to those few people whom you expressly permit to view or use the file. It is your responsibility to ensure that adequate security measures are in place so that your work is not accessible to the public.

You are not permitted to share the template or a modified version of the template with social media friends/networks of friends who are not within your immediate family, household, work team, or company.

If you are using the template via Google Drive or a similar product, “Link Sharing” must be turned OFF, meaning that you may only share the document with specific people that require access. (You may not choose either “public on the web” or “anyone with the link”.)

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Music Ministry Mosaic BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR ANY OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE (EVEN IF WE OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OR DISTRIBUTOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE DAMAGES), OR ANY MISTAKES AND NEGLIGENCE IN DEVELOPING THIS SOFTWARE, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. THE ORGANIZATION, BUSINESS, OR PERSON USING THIS SOFTWARE BEARS ALL RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
